Can it be possible that a phone be an inspiration for a card – now that’s a great excuse to make a card if I ever hear of one.
Well, it’s everyone’s excuse to make cards over at Magnolia-licious Monthly Challenge. It’s mine too and here is my card inspired by the pink phone.
Little Tilda was colored with Copic markers – RV0000, R81, R85, E0000, E000, E00, E31, E25, E29, YR04, YG11, YG17. Woven ribbon was from Offray and patterned paper is from Michaels. The print on the paper are actually outlines of flowers – I love how it looks like they are sun rays instead.
This is my attempt at simplifying Tilda – instead of loading her up with embellishments and layers of paper. I love that shabby chic look but it is sometimes difficult to put that into an envelope and having it survive the USPS journey. Let me know what you think.
