For someone special

Good morning everyone! Before I get to the papercrafting business, I want to say:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!!!

And as Christmas is also drawing near, I’m thinking of all my family who are with me and not with me this season (most are in various different countries). So for today’s Tuesday Throwdown Challenge – to make something for someone special – I made a Christmas card for someone special.

Here it is:

Our prize sponsor this week is My Grafico. They also provided me (and my design teamies) with the Santa image and the surrounding frame. The postmark stamp within the frame is from Raindrops Echo Designs and the DP is from Websters Pages.

Merry Christmas everyone!

It’s a beautiful card, Steph. I know you wish you were close to all your family members during this holiday season.
I’m wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas.

Gorgeous card, Steph! I really like how you “aged” the image piece and continued with the vintage theme throughout your accessories — so lovely! I’m sorry that you will be separated from family at Christmas, but am praying that you can all be together in spirit. Merry Christmas to all of you!

Ooooo, Steph, what a great job giving the image that aged look! I’m really impressed. And your little postmark stamp really makes the whole card. Love the doily.
