Here is my interpretation of the sketch (I flipped the sketch around – the rectangle part of the sketch was screaming polariod to me):
Patterned paper is from Echo Park and the beautiful ornament is from the Gourmet Rubber Stamps Circles of Christmas stamp set. Seriously, you have to check out that set – I love every stamp on it, even the sentiment.
