Hello all,
Welcome to another Friday’s Crafter’s Companion new release post. I made a giftbox and tag this week instead. This little Mulberry Wood puppy is just screaming to be given away and tis the season to be giving – well, almost!
I have a confession to make but first let me tell you about my project. The box was made using my Ultimate Crafter’s Companion – it comes with DVD and booklet instructions on how to make the box but you could also download the instructions here. Puppy is colored with Spectrum Noir Markers – I totally went outside the usual color family here for the puppy and I prefer that the blending is much softer. (puppy: GB8, GB10, TN2, EB1 and his nose/feet pads: TN7; Bouquet: TB1, TB2, GB5, PP3, PP4, LV1, LV2, DG2, DG3)
Well, I feel totally embarrassed typing this but this happens to me all the time – I make my project upside down! I think you can somewhat tell from the photo but the tag is stuck on the bottom of the box – arghh!! I tried pulling it off but it kinda ripped the box so I attached a big ole’ bow to cover up my mistake. Well, I’m not perfect and I guess the box will be going to a child who can’t tell the diff .. hahaha!
I hope you have a crafty weekend planned!
